I understand that in addition to the rental applying at the time a plot is offered to me, I will be required to pay a £55 deposit that will be returned to me at the time I give up my tenancy, subject to my plot being handed back to the Council in a tidy and tenantable condition. Tenancy of the plot will be in accordance with the terms and conditions of the tenancy agreement issued at the time I accept the allocation.
